The village picture is mad up by some old renovated historical buildings and also some new buildings, which definitely express some of the particular features of South Tyrol. The local band was founded during 1862. It’s their traditional duty to support all kinds of ecclestical and secular activities.

Near Tubre you have access to the Swiss National Park, which is only 20 minutes by car, and also Stilfser Joch National Park which is the biggest national park in Europe.

There are also other cultural placesto visit in Tubre, such as “Stilfser Joch”, the cultural city Merano, and the famous “Ötzi” museum, to mention a few. These places represent nice one-day-trips.
